Rodeo is one of the oldest Mexican outlets in the city. As the name suggests the ambiance has a rustic old bar feel with a cowboy theme, with saddle bar stools, waiters in blue jeans carrying cardboard guns. The flavoured Mexican Margarita is obviously the signature drink here, so are the tequila shots. The nachos and salsa and Fried Shrimp make good accompaniments. For mocktails try the Southern Belle, Zane Gray or Garona Fuzz. A live band plays from Wednesdays through Saturdays. Rest of the days are dedicated to country music. A different rule of paying a cover charge after 8pm if you don't order dinner is levied. They have regular beer and margarita fests. The food is good and the service quick and efficient.
