York's Ginza's interiors do not show its age though the restaurant has been around for decades. Yet, they are far from being coolly contemporary. The food makes you forget about the interiors somewhat. The Indian menu has the ubiquitous tandoori fare such as Tandoori and Seekh Kebabs, Chicken Malai Kebabs and non-vegetarian items such as Rogan Josh, Chicken Rahra and Mutton Dahiwala. Vegetarians will find Matar Paneer, Palak Paneer and Sukhi Dal here to be first-rate. This restaurant offers passable Chinese cuisine, with prawns and soups being their specialities. Golden Prawns, Talumein Soup and the Hot and Sour Soup could well be your choice. Tandoori Naans are good; after all, York's Ginza happens to be among its pioneers in Delhi.
