Good news Delhi Prego, yes the same wonderful fine dine Italian restaurant across the globe is here at the Westin Gurgaon, only this one is a mini version till they open the big one. The Splash pool bar is a part of this restaurant. As the name suggests it's located next to the poolside. The bar caters to poolside guests from 7am to 7pm, after 7pm it is open to all guests and that's when mini Prego takes over. For Prego signature have the Lamb Shanks with saffron risotto, which super talented Chef Gaurav Bide does perfectly with the fabulous Italian wines on their list like Danzante Merlot, Satori Red etc. For poolside barfare have the Club Sandwich, the Mezze Platter with different dips. Wash these down with the delicious Pomegranate Martini , a London G&T or a Berry Margarita. But a must have are the Carrot Cleanser - a mix of carrot, apple, beet and celery. And the Healthy Skin is a watermelon and raspberry mix.

The poolside bar Splash, a part of the well known Prego restaurant, is a nice relaxing place for having some fun. They have a nice cocktail menu that serves everyone's requirements and for me it is Berry Margharita that works well along with the Mezze platter. I like visiting Splash once in a while.

I was told about this place by a friend of mine and i decided to go with my family to this place. I guess this is the perfect place to visit in this scorching heat. the restaurant is by the pool side and it provides the best way to beat the heat. i liked the food and drinks offered there. loved the place.
