Good food and sleek ambience is a rare combination to find in Connaught Place, but Caramelo meets those criteria. The interiors are minimalistic; it’s never crowded or noisy; and the food is more than adequate. The salads are not bad at all, particularly the Rocket Salad with Chicken. Other dishes worth a try include Rigatoni Pesto with Grilled Vegetables, Lamb Chops with Rosemary and Potato Fritters, Penne Arrabiata, Spaghetti Pancetta as well as Salmon Fillet served with Eggplant Timbale and Pernod and Pink Pepper Sauce. Let your senses take a trip to Italy at this ristorante Italiano which also serves Mexican.

Good food, great ambiance and amazing service are what all you will find at Caramelo. The ambiance is simple yet elegant. Rocket Salad with Chicken is very amazing and full of taste. Rigatoni Pesto with Grilled Vegetables, Lamb Chops with Rosemary and Potato Fritters are delicious and are nicely presented too. Caramelo is a very nice and graceful place to visit.
