If The Park group of hotels can be said to have one core competence, it is night clubs. Not all of them have to have four walls and a ceiling: Aqua is under the stars, around the swimming pool. The waters of the pool are lit magically so that it looks mysterious and inviting and the wooden decks on all four sides turn into a club of sorts. The glittering silver ball by the pool catches myriad lights while the charcoal grill serves up Middle Eastern food. The pick of the lot are shawarmas, but there is Shish Taouk and kibbeh as well. Most night clubs concentrate on either drinks or music to the exclusion of food. Here's one that does all three in perfect tandem.

This is the perfect place to visit on a hot day. One can beat the heat easily at this place. As the name suggests you can make out that it is related to water. A pool, great food and drinks made my day memorable.
