Appearing to be a good, clean restaurant, Amber has a peculiar serenity about it. It remains popular with its loyal clientele for its Indian fare, though European and Chinese cuisine are also on offer. Dishes which have a great fan following include their specialities Chicken Bharta, Chicken Reshmi Butter Masala, Machchhi Rahra and Paneer Butter Masala, in addition to Burrah Kebab, Mixed Tandoori Platter, Dahi Cream Kebab, Reshmi Kebab, Chicken Seekh Kebab and Kebab Hariyali. Also popular among the regulars are Mutton Boti Kebab, Chana Masala, Chicken Masala and the eternal Tomato Baked Fish. However, this restaurant is not in the same league as Kolkata's Amber.
