Tapas World is a good place to meet friends because of the trendy settings and really, really low prices. More plush and club-like than any other restaurant in Defence Colony, this is not, however, one of the best and brightest in this market. The bar is on the ground floor, the restaurant on the first floor, and a sheesha bar on the top floor. You may sit on the terrace and enjoy the weather with a soothing sheesha. The menu - same for all floors - hovers around small plates from around the world. So you'll get a small portion of Laksa served elegantly in a coconut shell, a (strange) salad of batons of raw papaya and carrots doused in sweet mango chutney, and a rather decent Crab Otak Otak. Don't look for authenticity or gastronomic value.
