Stunning interiors and lip-smacking food from Vietnam, one South-East Asian country that is under-represented on Delhi’s culinary map. Whatever you may order, do not miss the Stir-Fried Angus in Pepper Sauce flambéed in bamboo. More fusion than authentic, it is inspired in the way it effortlessly blends East and West together. Vietnamese food has traces of Chinese, Indian and French influences. The Vietnamese Duck and the Basa Fish Kari are worth a special mention. Pho, Vietnam’s signature soup, is actually a meal in a bowl and is quite filling. Even the desserts are French classics with Vietnamese ingredients like Ginger Coconut Caramel Custard.

Usually when you are at a five star hotel you expect premium service and attention to detail. Perfect presentation is also amongst the important things to expect. It really does check all of those boxes.

I recommend the lamb shanks. Their Vietnamese food is what they are known for. If you ask for recommendations they will have tons for you. My stir fried minced lamb was pure delight. Highly recommended. The taste of the lime grilled fish would go home with you. Perfectly done

) Great Service

2) Probably one of just 3 five star restaurants in town that dont serve overpriced crap catering to the tastes of nouveau-riche trash. the price is absolutely justified

4) The scallops are perfectly seasoned. perfectly spiced and perfectly caramelised on the surface and perfectly cooked
