With an executive chef who is now a renowned television figure, Diya goes from strength to strength. They have a seasonal menu, so in the winter it could be Saag Meat and Sigri Kebabs. Gosht Seekh Husanara is an interesting take on a seekh kebab, with a coating of roasted almonds; a smoked silk thread is used to drop the kebab onto your plate. The Galauti Kebab and the Hyderabadi Gosht Biryani are perfect. Do be warned that the so-called Amritsari Tawa Boti has little to do with the city of Amritsar: it's just a made-up recipe served on miniature tawas. Live music is played here.

Must try is the desserts very innovative and the kebab e husanara...hmmmmm yummy!!!!
Biryani is served in individual sealed iron pots, very fragrant and moist, served with garlic flavoured yogurt....must try!
