This is a gastronomic journey, quite literally, for the restaurant is designed to resemble train carriages of the Raj era. Some intelligent play with mirrors gives the restricted space a roomy appearance. The food is another journey, since the menu is a mix of culinary traditions of various Indian royal families. What's on offer is essentially a mix of Gujarati, Rajasthani and Punjabi cuisines. Among the starters, don't miss the Kakori Kebab, Reshmi Paneer Tikka and definitely not the Karara Palak Chaat. For the main course, try the Paratwali Murgh Biryani, Thomson Atta Chicken or, if you like seafood, the Tandoori Malai Prawns and Tandoori Pomfret. Subzrangi Pulao and Vilayati Subz Panchmail are good vegetarian surprises. There are some really interesting breads on offer, like the Lal Mirch Parathas and Chilly Olive Naans. On the whole, this is definitely one journey worth undertaking.

Sahib Singh Sultan as the luxurious name explains it's so luxury in its food menus. I really love Reshmi Paneer Tikka and Sabjrangi Pulao Chili Olive nan and Vilayati Subz. A great taste I found at Ambience Mall Gurgaon.
