Fresc Co has the appeal of a typical Mediterranean cafe, with comfortable couches and sky-blue, turquoise interiors. You can make yourself believe you are in a piazza in Sunny Spain, but the truth is that the overwhelming majority of dishes are vegetarian. The local palate has been catered to, well and truly, by such dishes as Chaat Patatas and AOP alla Delhi: that's Spaghetti Aglio Olio Peperoncino! To get into classic Spanish, try the Fideua: broken spaghetti with chick peas, spring onion and tomato concasse cooked together like a paella, in a paella pan. The portion size is huge. The thin-crust pizzas are good too, especially the Sicilian. Famous for its lunch buffet, Fresc Co is the pride of DLF Phase 3, Gurgaon (Ambiance Mall).
