The Sunday buffet here is reputed to be the largest in the NCR. It is easy to believe that: no human being can possibly taste even one bite of all the dishes on offer there. The food ranges from good to great. The best island kitchens are the Japanese one manned by a Japanese master chef, and the South-East Asian one, manned by a Singaporean national. The Japanese section does good sushi and appetizers and you can order filling, nutritious noodle soups from the South-East Asian section. In addition, there are European and North Indian sections together with a large range of desserts. The restaurant is imposing and gives you a sense of occasion.

Spectra is a new add-on in my list. I went there last month with some of my friends. We looked for buffet and had some Sushi that was awesome. We are big time lover of European food. We had many things in our palate that were good. Later we also had some desserts. We had an amazing experience together at Spectra.
