Once upon a time, Sanskriiti was an unassuming neighbourhood restaurant. Today, it has spread to fancy mall outlets. But this change is proof enough of Sanskriiti's food. It's a no-frills restaurant that serves excellent value-for-money dosas in the form of Adai Dosa, Spring Dosa, and Set Dosa. Rava Idli, Dahi Idli, Onion Tomato Uttapam and Paneer Uttapam are also interesting. You could also try the South Indian Thali, Malabari Paratha and Appam with Coconut Milk. The North Indian options are Paneer Tikka Masala, Khumb Masala and Matar Mushroom. Hope the culture of Sanskriiti is changing for the better.
