Chefs Xhong and Gao Fu Fuliang have been specially flown in from China to prepare a flavourful treat for all diners. And they have excelled themselves by dishing out some tasty treats. The new menu boasts of wok tossed, pan grilled and baked dishes, along with food cooked in olive oil, that promise a healthier munch. Some of the signature dishes on the menu include steamed chicken rice pearls - a crispy meat dish, ginseng soup - a delicious preparation of herbs and veggies, baked vegetable puff, pan grilled crab cakes, wok tossed lamb with garlic and black bean sauce, maoshi chicken in a claypot stewed with cinnamon and star anise, broken noodles stuffed inside zucchini stirred in olive oil, black pepper fried rice stirred with herbs and pakchoy dumplings. These dishes are not only finger licking but light on the palate too!
