It would have been on its way to becoming a dowager in the GK II Market but Diva has just had a facelift. The ground floor has become a cafe like its country cousin in GK I N-Block Market. This one has a wood-fired pizza oven which does double duty for several dishes including a Potato andrnArtichoke Torta. Do try the Crab and Asparagus Salad. Upstairs, the fine-dining restaurant is back with a spanking new look, a wine cooler with an award-winning wine list, and a menu which changes with the passing of the seasons, just as you would find in Italy. It says something for the quality of the food here that the Indian owner caters for all the Italian Embassy dinners for dignitaries and public functions.

I go here only for its authentic food without the 5 star rates..i only wish the restaurant was less dead as it usually is and I don't much care for its decor...but i love the personal touch of anita dalmia who is a chef and the owner whose culinary skills and authenticity in the cuisine and the ingredients shows up in her food...worth a try
