Ideally located between Tamura and Drums of Heaven in the Uphaar Cinema market, It's About Us is a modern Indian restaurant. Many of the dishes have a nouvelle twist to them, while most dishes, modern or not, are pre-plated and all those that we ordered are served with the accompaniment of rice. They don't have an alcohol license yet, but when they do, expect this modest-sized place with restaurant and lounge seating to be bursting with customers, because a few of their dishes are excellent and not too expensive either. We were enthused about Spinach and Raisin Samosas but didn't try them. What we did try was a superb coconut and curry leaf soup with prawn dumpling, made in a vaguely South Indian style. Mutton shank roghan josh with saffron pulao was outstanding and authentic, while uttapam lasagne with aubergine and coconut chutney is a masterpiece. All the desserts are a class apart.

For long I wondered what new place to eat.....then came "its about us"... it different... and the food is "wow"...I never knew baigan ka bharata could be this wonderful to eat..(with chicken ofcourse)... what abt chicken chat!!!! mind blowing...will let you know more when I go the next time... there are so many things to try.... incase you are the dal roti / butter chicken kinds... they have that too...which I will try when someday....
