The lobby of Optus Sarovar Premiere has a coffee shop called Bistrot. It serves a wide range of multi-cuisine dishes and serves buffets thrice (7:00am to 10:30am, 12:30pm to 3:00pm, and 7:30pm to 11:00pm). Home-made thin-crust pizzas are a major attraction at this restaurant. They also have that Indian touch - Paneer Tikka, jalapenos and mango chutney. Bhopali Achari Subzi, Khumb Makai Hara Pyaaz, Nihari Gosht and Murgh Mukundi, which is prepared in onion-based gravy, are recommended in the Indian section. Tenderloin Steak, Tiger Prawn Charmula and Polo ala Forno are among the better dishes in the European section. The bar here has a good assortment of liquors to let you have a good time. Those who have a buffet at Bistrot go gaga over it.
