The lone American Diner in the Hauz Khas Village. The space is given a stressed look to resemble a garage, and in the rather neutral, industrial colours and finishes, it does work rather well. In the building that also houses a number of eateries, the small, charming sit-out is pleasant enough, but the music from the neighbours may be something of a dampener. The menu is a carnivore's delight. There's Southern food like Jambalaya and Chilli Fritters with dips. There's Cajun Fried Chicken and Cheesy Fries. Then there's the food that Elvis Presley used to favour: BBQ Meat Orgy and Bacon, Banana Maple and Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich. All with shakes, smoothies and peanut butter chillers to go with the food.

I was looking for a NON-cliche place in Hauz khas Village. I came across Garage Inc and it fit in the Non-cliche profile perfectly, its not the American Diner that eveybody thinks of. its Much more, More exciting in food, Ambience, feel and everything.
We were 6 of us and we all ordered different things, steaks, Ham burgers, sloppy joes, shakes, crepes.......and the works....
it was amazing! Totally affordable and amazing!
Will go there all the time from now on!

Last week I was exploring Hauz Khas village with my friends and after the tiring day, we were looking for a good food. We went Garage Inc. We really loved the ambiance. Beautiful décor and comfortable sitting arrangements were all we liked at the first go. We ordered pork burger, tacos and chilly fritters. The food was awesome and I don’t know how much it matched the level of authenticity. But I really liked the food. Dessert was the cherry on cake. We had fried snickers bar dessert, it was amazing. I would recommend everybody to visit Garage Inc, at least for once.
