"True to its name, Out of the Box does attempt some unconventional things - from a genre free music policy that plays rock to Techno and Latino to a multi-cuisine menu spanning seven countries. The Hauz Khas outlet is more active on the gig scene and is also a better looking location that was renovated after it was burnt down in a Diwali accident in 2011, while the Khan Market outlet, which was recently revamped, is full of teenyboppers and lovers of cheap booze. Run by a hospitality company that is managing multiple cafe-bars, restro-bars and restaurants, it's not surprising that their bar and kitchen are both given the same treatment. From Mojitos, Margaritas to LITTs, their cocktails are fast movers. The eats range from Lebanese to Italian, Thai to Japanese, Chinese to Indian; they do decent dim sums, Bunny Chow, Shawarma and Quesadillas. Thursday nights are popular for their 'Laidback Thursdays' unlimited packages for media and expats, while weekends always see live performances.

Their cocktails are great and when combined with the speedy service here it just makes your evening very special. The food items are also good and authentic to try out. Nice place and great experience!!
