Located in urban-artist village of Hauz Khas is the Kunzum Travel Cafe. A place where travelers can sit and exchange travel stories over a cuppa coffee or tea. Opened by a couple who love to travel, the outlet promotes a new concept putting the onus on the rncustomer. They ask you to pay what you like. Seriously! Their customers pay from Rs 20 to rneven Rs 500 for a cup of coffee or tea. They offer a variety of teas, coffees and serve rnassorted cookies with your beverage. Casual and unfussy, you can plug in your own music rninto the iPod dock and snack on your own munchies too. Make new travel plans, chat up with passer-by travellers or just bum around and just surf the net with their free Wi-Fi. The cafe has a well stocked library and beautiful works of art, which attracts the expat crowd, artists and journalists. They have held poetry reading sessions in the past and are open to hosting such cultural events. It's a great place which invites you to experience its informal charm.rn

I heard about this place from few of my journalist friends and just landed their to experience the innovative ideas of owners. Was wondering how can a cafe exist without charging a penny & depending on the customers moods & fancy? But this one does it with elan. They serve only beverage & cookies but the place is more about sharing ones experience. It's a place to reckon.
