It is one of the few hotels in the Village. Run by a French gentleman, the beautiful lobby is exactly what you would expect from an outsider setting up shop in the ethnic environs of Hauz Khas Village. The little dining room is open to outsiders technically, but it has not been advertised widely, so hardly anyone goes there. The result is that the food is frozen and heated when an order comes in. The staff is the worst aspect of this hotel: boorish and uncouth. Still, the Quiche was pleasant, the Taboulleh and Apple Salad a nifty idea, and the Grilled Marinated Chicken simple even for the likes of this kitchen. The interiors beat the hell out of the food and service.

I have visited the Rose Café many a times. I like the interiors of the place so want to visit there again and again. White walls, huge windows and lighting must make the place perfect. I like the food especially green salad, crisp vegetable crepe, grilled chicken. The food was quite good and delicious. The presentation of the food was also good. We also had mango mousse with slice of pound cake, it was mouth-watering. I like the Rose Café and love to visit there repeatedly.
