The Hilton’s speciality chocolaterie is not fully operational yet, at least not in the way that the hotel has envisaged. It is just a regular pastry shop located just outside the coffee shop. Catering to birthday cakes and celebration cakes, most of them are butter cream, decorated with flair. Ditto for the glossy chocolate bonbons and flaky croissants. There are interesting delicatessen products on sale on the shelves here. Even the Pineapple Pastry and Black Forest Cake that have to be kept here due to popular demand have inspired presentations.
