The all-day diner at the Hilton has a ceiling lined with copper tiles and hence the name as the atomic number of Copper (Cu) is 29. The buffet is by far the best in that stretch of town, with a full wheel of real Parmesan, cured olives and a selection of real farmhouse cheeses. It is of a surprisingly high quality and the salads are imaginative as well as tasty and healthy - arare enough combination. You can pick raw ingredients from the live section and ask a chef to cook it for you to your specifications. The menu includes a section of North Indian favourites in deference to the customers.
