Lofty ceilings and prints, and portraits on the walls give 1911 a historical air. Sadly, there’s nothing on the menu that is actually a heritage dish. This would have been an unbeatable selling point. Yet, the ambience is worth taking friends from overseas to. Surprisingly, the finest burger in the NCR is made here but remains unsung even by the staff. Made of coarsely ground USDA chuck, grilled on a charcoal fire, it beats the competition by a wide margin. Other things to look out for include an elegant buffet. In fact, just sitting here surrounded by history is a pleasant way to spend an afternoon. During the winter months, chairs and tables are laid out in the lawns, making it one of the most evocative experiences you can have in the city.

The ambiance of the 1911, restaurant of the Imperial Hotel, is quite mesmerizing. The ambiance is really nice and striking. Walls are adorned with beautiful portraits and paintings. Seating arrangement is comfortable and gives royal look. Service of the restaurant is excellent as well. waiters are properly dressed and our well-mannered. They are polite and friendly as well. food is great too. though the place lacks some of the cuisines, but are great at serving whatever they have. food is well-cooked and nicely presented.
