The big restaurant on the third floor of Clarks Inn, the four-star hotel adjacent to the Pacific Mall, traverses various countries with a menu that offers Indian, European and Chinese food. However, The Bridge dishes out the usual suspects: Chicken Tikka, Mutton Seekh Kebab, Spring Roll, Chilli Chicken, Chicken Curry, Dal Makhni, Dal Tadka, Malai Kofta, Paneer Butter Masala, Shahi Paneer, Veg Noodles, Veg Manchurian, Veg in Hot Garlic Sauceā¦. The Pasta in Red Sauce, Corn and Mushroom Florentine, Vegetable au Gratin and Vegetable Indiana are just about passable. Vegetable in Hong Kong Style is somewhat better. Desserts include Gulab Jamun, Rasogulla and Moong Halwa. The daily buffet (lunch Rs. 225 and dinner Rs. 325) looks quite deserted. Do not expect any Golden Gate here.
