If a textbook had to be written about the best way to run a restaurant and win plaudits, customers and brand loyalty, the first chapter would have to be on The Big Chill. It is a perfect example of ambience and food working in tandem. The outsize film posters that cover a couple of walls in each outlet, the choice of food and beverage, and the music mean that all outlets are perpetually crowded - waiting for a table is the norm. Pizzas, salads, pastas, shakes, smoothies, cakes and ice-creams are all done with the Big Chill flourish. Nothing is complicated or over the top, which is why you'll see grandparents, teens, the trendy, the expat, the desi - they all flock here.

I must say if you want to have some awesome and delicious food, do visit The Big Chill. It is an amazing place and serves something for all. They have scrumptious pizzas, pastas, salads and everything. Once you are there, you will feel like a kid who wanted to have everything. Their New York-Baked Cheesecake is the best and deliciously yum. I love the ambiance, the food and the service too. They have staffed really nice people who are friendly and quick at the work.
