Just when we were beginning to forget the erstwhile Tapas Bar's unbeatable chorizo and wine combination and were set to switch allegiance to Anidra's fatty yellow tail makimono with fresh wasabi, the hotel changed hands and went in for a revamp. What that means is that now the former 24-hour license bar is only open on weekends and the menu is largely focussed around Indian finger foods including a plethora of kebabs. Don't get me wrong, the kitchen still dishes out great dishes, but we miss our Buttermilk Onion Rings fix. Thankfully, the mixologists have retained their signatures and continue to churn out dangerously addictive Lemongrass Martini, red grape laden tarty Lady in Red and refreshing Candied Caipiroska. The long island bar occupies centre stage, overshadowing the small performance stage, which isn't used much these days anyways. Luxurious booths, bar stools, high tables and lounge seating are sprawled across the intimately lit room and the service continues to be helpful. Metamorphosing into a respectable hotel bar, Anidra (meaning sleeplessness) is the perfect spot for a quiet drink as you gaze out to the green patch outdoors. The resident DJ spins out hummable, commercial tunes that keep you entertained.

Anidra as the name suggests this place will surely keep you awake. The decor/ ambience is so soothing and different that it touches you and encourages to be here more often.Waterfall display fills your evening with more pleasure and is soothing to eyes and gives so sense of calmness.Good food and one really enjoys the taste in lovely atmosphere and surroundings.

Anidra is the place for me because I am an insomniac and when I am working several nights in a row, I really prefer to take a break and go out for a midnight snack. This is the place I picked last week because I really loved the name and the positive reviews I had read on Zomato. The decor is chic but it is a tad too dark for my liking. However, if I put it in a romantic way, it is dimly lit. I love the wall that says Zinfandel because Zinfandel wine is my favourite and it reminds me of that. The seating is luxuriously comfortable and you can sink into one of their cozy chairs for hours with a glass of wine in your hand and not have a worry in the world. You can spend a romantic evening at this restaurant because you will not find a lot of people here even on a Saturday night. It is quite calm but that doesnt mean that the food isnt fab, it totally is. It just is very spacious and a lot of people dont know about this place (Shoot! Did I just reveal my happy place?!)Moving along, if you like mojitos, you will love their Passion Fruit Mojito, it is refreshing and is the best thing you can have on a hot summer evening. I love their Kamakazi shots, they get you in a state of trance almost instantly! The amazing waterfall display fills your evening with more pleasure, as there is nothing as invigorating as a waterfall display in summer time. Everything is wonderful and dreamy. I love their Fried Calzones - absolutely delicious. What I love better than the food and drinks is the fact that you can dance to lovely music. I love dancing a lot and this place is open until really late, so, after I am done working, I find myself at Anidra. I am always happy when I am at Anidra. Their bar snacks include yellowtail makimono, wasabi, buttermilk onion rings, creamy cheese, etc. Everything is well thought out, nicely planned and well presented. To top it all, the service is fabulous. I love how hospitable they are and how you hardly have to wait for food. It's all a dream - love Anidra!
