The challenge before Baujee ka Dhaba is to live up to its expectations. Its decor is an amalgam of Punjabi and Sindhi folk themes. The walls have the texture of mud and they are adorned with folk paintings. With attendants dressed in salwar suits, a rural ambience is sought to be created, which is slightly overdone. The food is all right though. The Dum Pukht is tolerable but Peshawari Raan, Lahsuni Chicken Tikka, Handi Raan, Saag Gosht Salan, Paneer Pasanda, Gatte ki Subzi, Fish Tikka and Zafrani Murgh Tikka taste good. Sarson da Saag is served in winter. They have their bar too whichrnoffers a variety of wines.
