The Food
The very talented chef Achal Agarwal and team prepare all the fare to good standards. Tofu carpaccio, homemade sesame sauce— nice sauce Poached pear carpaccio - Philadelphia cream cheese and pears, interesting combination not great for the waistline though. Here I remember a quote, "There's nothing sexier than a poached pear with a perfect sorbet." Maybe the chef should've stuck to the sexy version.
