The interiors of this restaurant are overshadowed by the lush, green surroundings. The lantern-lit outdoor area is wrapped around a central trattoria-like interior. Run by a caterer, Fio is known more for its dining alfresco and the parties that are hosted here. It has an unusual combination of Indian and Italian. The food has been done by an entrepreneur who is known for his catering. The best dish on the Indian menu is the Dal Makhni that really does have a wonderfully rich flavour. The regional Indian dishes - Kashundi Bekti, Kosha Murg and Tadka Dal Peeli - can also be had. The Italian is the weaker of the two sections. Still, Trout Alfredo, Pasta Alfredo, Pizzas with Bolognaise Sauce and Polo Chicken, along with Rajmah Dal ka Seekh and Amritsari Mutton Tikka, are worth ordering. Sit in a quiet garden and enjoy peace amidst urban chaos.

When I had to meet a close friend after years of separation Fio was the venue I chose. This place has amazing interior and seating arrangement which is further enhanced by the lush green surrounding. The food quality is undoubtedly very impressive and the quick service of waiters makes it a delightful experience. Kashundi Bekti is one dish I can’t miss when I am here also Amritsari Mutton Tikka is amazing. In Italian cuisine Pizzas are truly mouth watering. Fio is always worth visiting and is special for me.
