Dawat Khana is a good restaurant to visit from time to time. Though it offers Chinese as well, it would be advisable to head straight for the Indian. The restaurant prides itself on its barbecue selection, which goes perfectly with your drink if you choose to savour spirits here. Gilafi Kebab, Garlic Kebab and Murgh Hariyali Kebab are good. The usual Chicken Cheese Kebab is recommended, along with Afghani Kebab and Kebab-e-Khas. Dhamaka Aloo, Paneer Patiala, Murgh Dahi Wala and Mutton Patiala are also worth a try.
