An extensive renovation has left this place looking refreshed and elegant. The make-your-own-soup section has been moved to the island bar in the centre, together with the live salad counter, where your Papaya Salad can be made in front of your eyes in the mortar and pestle from Thailand. Inside in the kitchen, the Thai lady chef dishes out a perfect Mee Krob - a starter of fried noodles that can be described as Thailand's answer to chaat! It is the only address in Delhi which serves Hor Mok or seafood custard in a coconut shell. There is also a great Pineapple Fried Rice served in a pineapple shell. Whatever you do, do not miss their Yam Thalay or seafood salad.

The food is good but its a Old restaurant and yes totally Deserves being called the Best Thai Restaurant in Delhi ...well there is no Competition here ! but when compared to Thai food in Thailand will Ego thai falls really short !
the Ambiance is very average the service is.......well its neither good nor bad ..its indifferent ! you get your food and it tastes good ! its a place where you go to eat Thai food on a casual night ...can go in your tracks ....got a road side Dhaba Feel to it . Looks the same for years and the food tastes the same kind of gets boring . Décor is normal its once of those places you go to and forget what it looked like

Thai curries, noodles and salads are great here. Soups are decent too.

The national capital is full of Chinese and Japanese cuisine restaurant and I have been to a number of them but when my friends took me to Ego Thai I was impressed with every aspect of it. Right from the interior to the food menu everything is so Thailand. From the Red Thai curry to Chicken Garlic Pepper and Prawn Sweet Chilly this restaurant has actually created Thailand with food, aroma and Thai herbs. The best part of my first visit was going with a big group of friends that allowed me to taste more and more dishes. Ego Thai is the place to try amazing Thai Cuisine.
