The parent branch is the popular one in the corner of the Sector 23 A Palam Vihar, with cramped seating upstairs. If all else fails, you could resort to the typically Delhi trick of ordering in your car! The kebabs here are rather good and the Lehsuni Kebabs, Tandoori Prawns, Burrah Kebabs and Chicken Bhayankar are recommended. Colonel's has become such a trademark because many of their recipes are particular to them alone: Don't even try to order Chicken Bhayankar in another restaurant! Regulars stick to Chicken Haldi Ghati and Chicken Bhayankar. The other branches are nowhere in the same league as the original. In fact, they don't even appear to be branches of the same name.
