For years, this modest restaurant tucked away in a corner of Rajendra Place has been the yardstick of Delhi's national emblem, Butter Chicken. Whether you agree or not is a matter of preference, but the dish in question has the perfect proportion between thick, chunky, tangy tomato gravy and just enough cream to make it smooth on the palate. The chicken pieces are succulent and really do appear to have been grilled in the tandoor. In other words, still the best Butter Chicken in the NCR. Also worth a try are the Burrah Kebab, Fish Tikka, Murgh Garlic Tikka, Chicken Pakodas and Murgh Malai Tikkas. The Dal Makhni too is nice, though not extraordinary. Mughal Mahal is definitely worth visiting.

Mughal Mahal serves delicious food. I went there few days back with my friends. They serve delicious and delectable butter chicken. I must say it is the best one I have ever had. Butter chicken is not at all sweet here and is tasteful. Burrah Kebab, Fish Tikka, Chicken Pakodas and Murgh Malai Tikkas are amazing. Food is nicely served and presented. It is really nice to have food of this restaurant. Décor is average and service is average too.
