A rather attractive all-day diner with an open kitchen, colourful fruit and vegetable displays and a pure vegetarian buffet counter, Mosaic effortlessly caters to tourists from the western world as well as the largely vegetarian population which lives in the area. Neither does the management try to “teach” the locals how to upgrade their eating habits. On the contrary, their “can do” attitude has won them a loyal band of customers who order pizzas from a wood-fired oven, Caesar Salad and Pasta from a live station. Tiramisu and ice cream outsell every other dessert on the menu.

Mosaic is an all day dining restaurant, the interior of which is elevated by the open kitchen. The place has an impressive and all inclusive veg buffet counter and live station for pastas and Caesar Salad.
Mosaic is wonderful destination for some quality food.
