Nand di Hatti is difficult to locate. But once you have gone through the arduous task, the food there is difficult to resist. Hidden in a little nook inside the busy market of Sadar Bazaar, it offers one of the best versions of Chhole Bhature in the city, served with wonderful home-made pickle. It's dripping in calories, cooked as it is in desi ghee. But it's worth the sinning. An unforgettable treat. And, while you are at it, don't forget to pick up their wonderful Chhole ka Masala. Enjoy yourself here. It's anand at Nand.

Well the review from Timescity has certainly not taken into account the fact that they have a "No Onion No Garlic" policy .This guy sells possibly the best bhaturas in town (It probably the moong that does the trick in here). But the show stopper stuff are the delectable chanas that probably have to go through a procedure which lasts for around 6 Hours!! All praises for the painstaking and complex methods of cooking that they opt for. Do purchase the rajma masala. It adds a lot of bite to you daily lunch.
