From the curry section, you can gornfor Gosht-e-Khaas, Bhuna Gosht, Mix Vegetable and Adraki Dhaniya Murgh. Kerala Beans Curry is a nice coconut-flavour dish. Also worth a try is Cochin Spicy Fish/Crab. Passable arernMurgh Kebab-e-Chaman and Burrah Lamb. For the sweettoothed, Fig Banana is worth a try.
