One of the stalls in the food court at this mall, Zaitoon redefines Arabian cuisine. Each dish carries its distinctive flavour. They also use quality herbs and sauces. Not to miss here are the shawarmas, hummus (beyond what you expect from a modest stall), tabouleh and fatoosh along with soft pita breads and dishes like Shish Kebab on BBQ Grill and Arayes (Lebanese bread with minced chicken, paneer or mutton). Iraqi dishes such as Baghdadi Tikka and Basrawi Tikka (BBQ grilled paneer/chicken/mutton), Vegetarian Falafel and Zatar Herb along with thoom sauce (garlic) and tahina sauce lend an authentic touch to the dishes. Now you can also buy hummus and turshi (pickle) by weight.

Zaitoon is way better than what anyone expects from a moderate looking food corner in a mall. Usually for all of us its not a destination but just a place to pick a bite while shopping but this place proved me wrong.
The authenticity of the dishes of this place impressed me the most, try hummus and mutton arayes, you will feel the same. Zaitoon is a surprise in small size, just go and taste.
