India Grill is a place where you can enjoy a relaxed evening with excellent food and an enviable wine list. It sort of reminds you of a European bar/pub except a little more laid back and you will probably score a table here faster. The host of malls, with mostly mediocre restaurants around the Hilton ensures that this remains like an unexplored secret, waiting to be revealed to the world. Bartender Naveen Gupta mixes some great classics like Rob Roy and Negroni. For the teetotalers try there refreshing mocktails like Eves Paradisernand Cinderella. The whole ambiance of the place makes you want to come back for more. Whether it is the live band-Heartbeat or the kick-ass food, you are left asking for more. Being a multi-cuisine restaurant, they have got some good stuff from around the world. Chef Avinash Handoo makes what could possibly be one of Delhi's best thin crust pizzas, the Four Cheese Pizza is to die for. Also their tandoori items are very well made. In the mains if you are looking for Indian food, then definitely try the Keema with garlic naan. The bar though small, pretty much has something for each one. Whether you are with family, friends, colleagues or all by yourself, it caters to almost all off your cravings. It is here that one gets to see the Auchentoshan 12 years old, a single malt rarely seen on the Delhi restaurant circuit.
