It's not Istanbul. It's located in a popular small hotel so it can be considered the in-house bar. Having sprung up with other lounge resto-bars in the city, Istanblu is much nicer than some of the others. Music and an interesting bar counter make the ambience pleasant enough. As for food, they offer only Indian and Chinese. The Mutton Burrah Kebab here is lip-smacking. If you want a wholesome meal, go for Tandoori Non-Veg Platter. South Indian cuisine is available only up to 3pm. There's a DJ who livens up things in the evenings. Yet the crowd is not as cosmopolitan as you would find in Istanbul.

Istanblu has a pleasant ambiance with nice soothing background music. Décor is pleasing and comfortable. It is relaxing out there. They serve delicious mutton burrah kebab and tandoori non-veg platter. Service of the place is quick and friendly. Waiters are hospitable and non-working staffs are also polite and help you when needed. Above everything, it is the ambiance that makes this place one of the best.
