Whether you are a hotel guest or a regular customer of R.E.D, you will probably call for Chef Raymond Sim, the popular chef from Singapore, to place your order. It is he who will greet you; it is he who keeps tracks of what you like and what he served you on your last visit. Expect South-East Asian with a Singapore spin from him: Pork Ribs with Coffee Sauce, Mermaid in the Mist (wasabi-spiked prawns with kiwi and apple) Thai Jungle Curry and Crispy Congee Lamb. He also does Japanese and Thai food, albeit with a Singaporean twist. Not all the customers of this perennially crowded restaurant come for authentic Chinese. Takers of Manchurian and Chilli Chicken also get their brand of food served to them. However, do sound Chef Sim out when you order.

there is some magic in the hands of the chef...he makes awesome food...they have variety and u cann't find anything missing in any of the dish they offer....

R.E.D. has a chef who is always in demand as his magical work creates some of the best tastes in the capital. For me this place is where I get my Spare Ribs, Chilli Chicken and Crispy Lamb. I am a carnivore and this restaurant helps me remain one. R.E.D. restaurant has Pan Asian cuisines under its roof and they really know the native tastes of the dishes.

Raymond Sim is the name you going to hear the entire place at the R.E.D. This piping H.O.T restaurant, serves the most delicious South-East Asian with a pinch of Singapore spin. The chef strives hard to understand your taste and serves you the best. I went for a business meeting last week which turned an excellent lunch meeting ever. At R.E.D, we ordered Pork Ribs with Coffee Sauce and Crispy Congee Lamb along with some Japanese and Thai Foods. These all were not only delicious but were also presented exquisitely.
