Drift is very contemporary and modern, both in its look and feel. Frequented mostly by a niche crowd, this resto-bar is a happening place in this part of NCR. Every Wednesday they offer live western music performances by upcoming artists. They also roll out some unique cocktails like Chocolate and Cardamom Manhattan which is burbon whisky, chocolate liquer etc. muddled with cardamom seeds or the cucumber and Grape Daiquiri and the Mirchi Imli Vodka made with orange juice, tamarind chutney, vodka etc. Amongst the mocktails, the Sangria Lemonade and Spanish Chiller are good. The Griller Prawn Harrisa served with semi-dried date pickle and the lemon infused Mekong Basa with pea mash and their pizza's like the Quattro stagioni are really good.
