Drift has an international, contemporary look - both in its look and feel, and in its food. Part of the Epicentre, Gurgaon's answer to a cultural centre with art galleries, and performances, conferences, all happening in the complex, Drift attracts the arty crowd of Gurgaon. The menu consists of world food, so there's Western with Oriental touches and Indian with an international appeal. Main courses are different from most menus and offer an eclectic mix of contemporary cuisine. The Southern Spiced Prawns, for instance, are pre-plated and are accompanied by Coconut Rice and a curry emulsion. The Pappardelle with Duck Confit, similarly, is unusual pasta with an intense duck confit. Duck Breast served with Potato Corn Galette and Oyster-Glazed Pakchoy are especially recommended. For desserts, go for the Asiette of Chocolate, Chocolate Mousse, Ice Cream and Hazelnut Chocolate Cake.

Drift is very contemporary and modern, both in its look and feel. Frequented mostly by a niche crowd, this resto-bar is a happening place in this part of NCR. Every Wednesday they offer live western music performances by upcoming artists. They also roll out some unique cocktails like Chocolate and Cardamom Manhattan which is burbon whisky, chocolate liquer etc. muddled with cardamom seeds or the cucumber and Grape Daiquiri and the Mirchi Imli Vodka made with orange juice, tamarind chutney, vodka etc. Amongst the mocktails, the Sangria Lemonade and Spanish Chiller are good. The Griller Prawn Harrisa served with semi-dried date pickle and the lemon infused Mekong Basa with pea mash and their pizza's like the Quattro stagioni are really good.
HAPPY HOURS: 4 PM to 8 PM.

Nice fine dine restaurant with contemporary settings and an open view on the side. Staff is friendly and plays a good host.
We ordered some cocktails ( Oliver Twist ) and Hoegaarden beer without realizing the cocktail would be be rather minty. Staff was kind enough to replace our cocktail. Beer was great and new for me!
We didn't order many dishes this time around just went for Chicken Khurchan which was nice but a bit dry to our taste and accompanied with makhani dal and a choice from roti, naan or rice. We enjoyed the meal, service and decor and have promised ourselves to visit again.
They have a mix from Chor Bazaar (Darya ganj, Noida), Oriental Octopus (IHC, Noida) and All Amercican Diner (IHC) under one roof...just hope they maintain the same quality and we'll be a regular here.
Favorite Dishes / Drinks: Hoegaarden beer, chicken khurchan
