One restaurant that has been copied relentlessly over the decades, Dhaba has a trademark truck right inside it, plus mud walls, old-fashioned lanterns, etc. It's a look that you will encounter off and on, even in towns outside Delhi! The branch in Suraj Kund is far larger, yet it retains the element of funkiness in its decor. The secret of their runaway success is the fact that they've focused on Punjabi dhaba food, not letting the stray Prawn Curry or Chicken Chettinad in!
