All the outlets have an identical menu and a high degree of standardization. Here's how they operate. You pay a fixed amount: though it is the same for the vegetarian and nonvegetarian menu, prices differ slightly from one outlet to another, the highest being for hotel restaurants. Each day six kebabs, curries, breads, accompaniments and a biryani are prepared. You ask for as many helpings as you want, keeping in mind that the Galouti Kebab is the star of their show. Ploughing through the entire menu, you need to have the appetite of Gargantua himself. Nevertheless, leave space for the desserts which are always good.

Kebabs here are really nice, specially Gulati kebab.Non veg food lovers must visit the place.

food is fine here but have very less of option for people who eat vegetarian food.
