Sleek and contemporary, Coriander Leaf has a glass front and a fountain. The restaurant weaves a thread between the cuisines of Pakistan, Kashmir, Hyderabad and Lucknow. It has a sprinkling of dishes from Rajasthan and Kerala as well, in order to offer variety to vegetarian customers. If you are a soup lover, go for Subz Tamatar Shorba. Avoid the tandoori section that holds no surprises. Surkh Lal Murgh Tikka Islamabad can still be given a try. The main course is where the gems lie. Kachche Ghosht ki Biryani is not Kachcha Gosht at all, but it is superb nevertheless, with a tantalizing smoky flavour in the rice as well as the meat. Bhuna Gosht Rawalpindi gives the Pakistani touch. Nihari is great too: the best curry on the menu. Haleem comes a distant third: There are better versions in other restaurants, but the accompaniments they offer - fried onion rings, lime wedges, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves chopped finely - help to perk it up. They serve Rista and Gushtaba for lovers of Kashmiri cuisine. Add some spice to your tongue with Coriander Leaf.

Coriander leaf is a hidden treasure behind City Centre mall under Vatika towers.
Been here many times over and simply relish their servings.
I would say they have the best raan i have had so far...in India at least...(having eaten in Lahore..which is by far the best)..highly recommended. Also dig in to their Nihari, very different from other traditional places serving Nihari but absolutely finger licking dish. Its thin gravy with very well cooked tender pieces of mutton..exactly how they should be Others to try are patthar ke kebabs and biryani's which also good...and dont forget to ask for a second helping of their free welcome drink in summers which is usually aam panna.
Must go for it when in Gurgaon.
