Wimpy does seem to believe in status quo. This curious littlernfast-food chain has not changed its menu or upgraded itsrninteriors since the day it opened its doors a few decades ago.rnWith an English name (though it started out under thernumbrella of the UK chain, it fell out soon enough) with anrnIndian heart, Wimpy seems to be shrinking. Now limited to onlyrnthree outlets, only its Connaught Place branch is a sit-downrnrestaurant while the rest are takeaways. The rolls, burgers andrnpizzas are standard fare with Vegetarian and Non-VegetarianrnBiryani being introduced for those sections of their customersrnwho are not comfortable with Western-style fast food. Thernpizzas are too crusty and the toppings could be more generous.rnYet you don't need to be too brave to go to Wimpy.
