This restaurant gives you reason enough not to bother driving all the way down to Jaipur for your Lal Maas fix. The gold and pink décor is rich and stays away from the predictability of the traditional. The food here is good and gets better all the time. The Gosht ki Nihari is slow cooked and thickened with sap of wheat which makes it different from the street version. If you like your food low on spice, try the Jehangiri Murgh Korma which is made in cashew paste gravy. The Tandoori Raan, spiced perfectly before being cooked in the tandoor is the restaurant's Signature dish and a meal in itself.
