FoodGarh does not cater to any royalty but to the common man. The menu here tries to be all things to all people. Though the multi cuisine restaurant serves Indian, Chinese, European and Italian, its forte happens to be the South Indian. Dosas and Onion Uttapam are the most popular dishes. Manchurian is a hit from the Chinese section. FoodGarh also serves a thali (Rs. 85) which is decently full - two vegetables, rice, roti, raita, salad… Shoppers at Ansal Plaza in Vaishali would feel grateful to this restaurant for sparing the housewives the effort to cook after they have shopped to death. More of a FoodGhar than a FoodGarh.
