Eggspectation is unique in that it is the name of a Canadian chain specializing in all-day breakfasts. Not only is it the only one of its kind in India, it is also the only hotel coffee shop that has a foreign brand. It is not only for lovers of eggs, though it would be a shame to bypass the thirty ways in which eggs are glorified. Eggs Benedict is their speciality, though there are a few Indian preparations as well like Akuri. They pay importance to the simplest things in life like sandwiches. You can try their Ham, Asparagus, Mushroom and Three Cheese Crêpes, Aglio Olio e Peperoncino Pasta and California Scramble. Of course, there are hearty main courses as well. Just outside Eggspectation is a pastry counter with a small selection of bakery products.

Being a food enthusiast, my perspective about Delhi changed the moment I visited Eggspectation. The unreal part is that they make thirty varieties of eggs with the specialty lying in Egg Benedict and Akuri. Every egg lover should visit this place to have a wonderful time.
